There is no listing operational program when you open the file, just the viewer, as there are no options to save the file. Yes, I can view the files on a PC, nothing more than view. I will try using the bosses PC to open and save frames as bitmaps for transfer back to my Mac NLE, but there has to be an easier way ? I have no budget and have to answer by Monday 5PM or lose the client. I tried the Adobe/Macromedia site and got nothing to open the Flash files nor the original. So does anyone know where I can download a PC for Mac Op? Or an easy convertor? The files are zipped and stills from gas station cams. And I was able to change then into Flash files, but could go no further. I can not find a simple way to open and grab these files for enhancement. There is also the evidence trail that has to be documented and related in court with no hanging details for the defense to grab. They agreed by tossing me emergency work with promises of a contract. I pitched the local police how they need specific forensic software (AVID/dTective,etc) to capture, manipulate, clear-up and save in a form worthy of court evidence.
